The team is equipped with state of the art USAR Equipment and has attended hundreds of hours of training to provide rescue services at large scale and complicated rescue scenes. Within Australia, Category 2 operators are not directed to a specific service, within they facilitate the integration of the permanent services into a multi agency response, combining fire, ambulance and police.
